Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. It’s important to us that you love your purchases and are happy! However, if you do wish to return any items bought through our website, please see our policy below:

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen, please let us know as soon as possible. You have 7-10 days to organize a return, and we only accept orders that are in their original condition. 

As the customer you must organise and cover the cost of return unless the item is faulty or broken. It’s important to note that since many of our products are second-hand “vintage” items, it is possible that they may have slight physical defects and small traces of wear and tear in accordance with their age. Where possible we have tried to list or photograph any significant damages to the item. 

Generally speaking, we do not offer product exchanges however we are happy to offer store credit as long as the returned product is in its original condition. 

We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear and/or misuse.

Wallpaper

Returns will be accepted and a full refund will be provided if the wallpaper has not been cut or damaged, is in its original packaging. This needs to be organized within 7 - 10 days.

Faulty or damaged wallpaper can be returned provided you alert us within 7-10 days of receiving the order. We would need to see a photo of the defects before accepting and issuing the return.

Please check that the correct wallpaper has been sent on receipt of delivery, and that it is in good condition. We also urge you to ensure your decorator carefully reads the installation instructions.

Bespoke products and “Made to Order” 

Bespoke products and “made-to-order” items such as The Big Friendly Ottoman are not entitled to any refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
