SHIPPING POLICY

We offer a tailored shipping service where we personally arrange delivery of your product to you, finding the best possible quote and method based on your location. 

Please contact studio@alicecrawley.co.uk for further information. If you would rather collect your order in person, you are welcome to pop into our studio in Notting Hill. This needs to be pre-arranged by contacting studio@alicecrawley.co.uk. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All of our products can be shipped worldwide, please contact studio@alicecrawley.co.uk so that we can find you the best possible shipping quote! Please note that we do not charge VAT outside of the UK, however import VAT will be applied and billed directly to the customer.

For all shipments outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in the shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities or the shipping carrier and must be paid upon delivery or clearance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST ADJUSTMENTS

International shipping rates are estimates based on anticipated post-crating weight and dimensions. Final shipping charges may vary. If the actual weight or dimensions differ and result in higher shipping costs, an additional invoice will be issued for the difference. If the final shipping cost is lower than estimated, the recipient will receive a refund for the difference.
