Product Description

The Big Friendly Ottoman is a piece of furniture everyone needs in their life, one of those pieces that really works for you.

Designed from a place of need, somewhere to rest your feet or perch on with a drink, this simple yet elegant ottoman has hidden storage underneath a beautiful tray ~ either our new cane rattan “Butler Tray”, or a brightly coloured “Belles Rives” tray from The Lacquer Company. Both tray options sit snugly into the upholstery, so there's no slipping or sliding off the furniture. 

Alice has chosen some of her favourite patterns and prints as an upholstery offering, if you’d like to choose your own fabric or even a custom size we can arrange this for you.

This product is made-to-order. Lead times may vary depending of fabric stock availability, and is usually 6-8 weeks upon receiving fabric.

Shipping & Returns

We offer a tailored shipping service where we personally arrange delivery of your product to you, finding the best possible quote and method based on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All of our products can be shipped worldwide, please contact studio@alicecrawley.co.uk so that we can find you the best possible shipping quote! Please note that we do not charge VAT outside of the UK, however import VAT will be applied and billed directly to the customer.

For all shipments outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in the shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities or the shipping carrier and must be paid upon delivery or clearance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST ADJUSTMENTS

International shipping rates are estimates based on anticipated post-crating weight and dimensions. Final shipping charges may vary. If the actual weight or dimensions differ and result in higher shipping costs, an additional invoice will be issued for the difference. If the final shipping cost is lower than estimated, the recipient will receive a refund for the difference.
